UK & EU recorded shipping is charged at various tarifs, dependant on the location, size and weight of the goods purchased
Delivery schedule
Although products are normally despatched within 5 working days please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of purchased goods before contacting us. However, with some of the rarer designer frames and lens combinations delivery may take longer. In the cases that we will not meet our 10 day delivery timescale, we will notify you by email
Prescription (Rx) models
For prescription (Rx) models are normally despatched within 15 working days, please allow up to 20 working days for for delivery of purchased goods. Please note that before processing prescription eyewear, a prescription must be faxed or mailed to us. This is a requirement under UK law.
Returns policy
We hope that our customers are both happy and satisfied with their purchases. However, we accept that problems occur, especially when buying eyewear over the Internet and that you may wish to return your purchased items. If this is the case, please read our returns policy below
Returns of Goods and Accessories
You may return your purchase if you are, for any reason, unhappy with the product(s) purchased. The package must be in its original condition and returned within 14 days of receipt of goods, all products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. On receipt will then issue a full refund for the items returned and notify you by e-mail when this has been processed
Returns of Prescription Eyewear
You may return your Rx purchase for any reason. However, due to the nature of the prescription glazing process, all prescription returns will incur a restocking fee based on the initial Rx configuration charges. The package must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods and all products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
Returns of Damaged or Defective Items
You may return any item that is damaged or defective within 14 days of receipt of goods, we will then issue a refund for the products returned
Delivery Charges for Returns
If you are returning items because they are damaged or defective, or due to an error on our part, we will refund your costs in returning the items to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for return postage
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please fill out the back of your invoice/receipt giving a reason for your return. If a product is damaged or defective please indicate the exact nature of the fault. Repackage the product(s), complete with all accessories, warranty cards, instructions and original boxes (if any). Then send the package to: -

Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
